Our aim is two fold, the first is to bring quality, original artwork within everyone's reach. The second is to provide opportunities for local, young or emerging artists to display and promote their work.

As such, our Art Fairs will be local and community centred (usually in Village Halls or similar venues) and aim to provide a pleasant and informal environment. With that in mind we would be delighted if you would like to take the opportunity to display your work at one or more of our Art Fairs.

Of course, before anyone can commit they will need some details. 

 

The opening times of the Art Fairs will usually be 10.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m.

 

The venues are normally available from 8.30 in the morning to set up, and we would expect to need to vacate the halls by around 5.00 p.m. that day

 

The actual cost for a 6ft table or equivalent space may vary at each venue so please enquire. There will normally be a range of 6ft and 3ft tables available so different multiples of sizes could be accommodated. The calculated cost of the table or area space is a one off cost and there will be no commission, and free hot drinks throughout the day will normally be available for the artists too.

 

Our commitment to you will be that we will work hard to promote and advertise the fair to ensure its success.

 

Our expectation will be that each artist will need to provide their own display set up (with the exception of tables which will be provided if required) and also to encourage people to attend.

 

Our desire is to showcase affordable art, therefore we would not envisage any works being priced over £500 and would wish to be able to see a range of prices to suit all pockets but within that ceiling price.
